Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep, but bathroom privacy needed improvement.

we had a fantastic 5-night stay where the staff went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable. the close proximity to the pasadena convention center allowed the kids to play safely nearby while we enjoyed our stay. this experience was way better than our last trip in pasadena.

pool area lacked enough umbrellas for shade.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice layout. I loved the mountain view and the fact that it felt modern and fresh. The bed was very comfy, so I got a solid night’s sleep. Only bummer was no breakfast included. Overall, I had a great experience there.

The property was clean and conveniently located, making it easy for our family. We took some time to explore nearby attractions, especially enjoyed visiting the Los Angeles Zoo with the kids. The bar area was lively and had a nice atmosphere.

The valet parking service was efficient, with fast responses and a dedicated charging option for my Tesla. My family enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, which accommodated us comfortably during our four-night stay. The staff was particularly attentive, which added a special touch to our experience.

Great for Groups Who Want Convenience

The staff was really attentive, went out of their way to. We also loved how quick it was to get to the Rose Bowl from here, less than 15 min drive. Very convenient for our plans.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly it was acceptable for what we got.
